Typical Process Flow for Working Capital Applications
After the application and processing statements are submitted, they will be reviewed by an ISD staff member for accuracy. If the application is complete, it will be submitted along with the processing statements to Underwriting for review. If something is missing, an ISD staff member will contact the customer on the Affiliate’s behalf for additional information.
Underwriting review takes approximately 24 – 48 hours. Upon the completion of this review, options are presented to the customer for financing based upon their processing statements. Once the customer decides on which option to exercise, ISD sends out paperwork to obtain the working capital and set up the merchant account. An ISD staff member will contact the customer to re-program their terminal or new equipment will be shipped upon the processing of that documentation. The customer will be funded once he/she is set up with the ISD merchant provider and batching out commences with the account. All commissions for funded accounts are paid weekly.
Typical Process Flow for Merchant Processing Applications
After the application and processing statements are submitted (processing statements are not required for new businesses), a proposal will be generated. An ISD staff member or the Affiliate will discuss the proposal with the customer and answer questions. The customer then signs the merchant application and provides ISD with required documents.
An ISD staff member will contact the merchant to re-program existing equipment and train on the equipment being used. In addition, we will answer questions and supply the necessary information for customer care and technical support.
